Washington, D.C. – This week, the House of Representatives passed the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2025. The legislation included funds for eight major infrastructure projects in the Sixth Congressional District, projects Congressman Emmer fought to secure during the government funding process. The Senate continues to work through their appropriations process.

The proposed rule could negatively impact hiring, maintenance, and operations at Minnesota fire departments.
