Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) joined Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01), Congressman Pete Stauber (MN-08), Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (MN-07), and House Agriculture Committee Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson (PA-15) in sending a letter to Governor Tim Walz demanding that he complies with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) request to provide Minnesota’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) data to USDA.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) joined Congressman Pete Stauber (R-Minn.) in sending a letter to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on the findings that one-third of Minnesota’s non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) were issued illegally. Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (R-Minn.), Congressman Brad Finstad (R-Minn.), and fourteen other U.S. House Republicans signed Stauber’s letter as well.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06), along with Congressman Pete Stauber (MN-08), Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (MN-07), and Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) announced that a nominations committee will reconvene to interview and recommend candidates to President Trump for the United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. This comes after Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz of the District of Minnesota announced he will take semi-retired status next summer.
