WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) reintroduced the Safe Harbor for Taxpayers with Forked Assets Act, which prohibits penalties against taxpayers until the IRS issues guidance on how to report gains or losses in "forked" digital assets.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) ensured full funding for the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network (FRSAN) to give states needed resources to provide mental health services for farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. St. Paul is receiving $6,764,245 in Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Anoka County is receiving $1,594,873 of CDBG, St. Paul is receiving $578,890 in Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and St. Paul is receiving $1,748,058 in HOME grants
