Otsego, M.N. –  Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) announced his office will once again be accepting submissions in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition. The theme of this year’s competition is Let Freedom Ring.

Emmer said, “Every year, we are impressed by the promise demonstrated by the Sixth District’s young artists. The competition is a great opportunity for high school students to share their talent and have their work displayed in our nation’s Capitol.”

High school-aged artists from the Sixth District are eligible to apply, and all entries should be submitted to Congressman Emmer’s Otsego District Office (9201 Quaday Ave. NE, Suite 206, Otsego, MN 55330). The deadline for submissions is April 26, 2023 with a winner named on May 5.
