Washington, D.C. - Today Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) was officially appointed to serve as the Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Committee's Task Force on Financial Technology. Congressman Emmer became a member of the Financial Services Committee in the 114th Congress, during his first term in the House of Representatives.

The CFPB issued three new policies: the No-Action Letter (NAL) Policy, Trial Disclosure Program (TDP) Policy, and Compliance Assistance Sandbox (CAS) Policy.
