Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) hosted a roundtable discussion with law enforcement officials from across Minnesota's Sixth Congressional District at the Wright County Law Enforcement Center.  

WASHINGTON— Today, the House of Representatives passed six appropriations bills for fiscal year 2024. The package funds twelve major infrastructure projects for roadways and water treatment in the Sixth Congressional District, priorities Congressman Emmer fought for during the government funding process. The legislation now moves to the Senate before being signed into law.

WASHINGTON – Majority Whip Tom Emmer sent a letter Thursday to the University of Minnesota inquiring about their plan to protect Jewish students on campus, in light of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (MN-05) recent visit to the university where she applauded the pro-terrorist, antisemitic protests happening at colleges across the country.

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) joined Minnesota Republicans Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (MN-07), Congressman Pete Stauber (MN-08), and Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01), in a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and Ranking Member Jerry Nadler requesting the committee hold a hearing to investigate the Hennepin County Attorney's Office in Minnesota. Specifically, they request an investigation into the charges that have been brought against Minnesota State Trooper Ryan Londregan.

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) joined Representatives Fischbach (MN-07), Stauber (MN-08), and Finstad (MN-01) in sending a letter to Governor Walz regarding Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty's abuse of her position to wrongfully charge State Patrol Trooper Ryan Londregan and making him aware that the delegation is requesting the House Judiciary Committee investigate the prosecution.
