WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer joined the Minnesota Republican Congressional delegation in a letter to Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon demanding transparency after it was confirmed that 20 ballots were likely illegally disposed of in Shakopee’s 10th precinct.  

This letter comes after the delegation sent an initial letter to Secretary Simon demanding accountability from the Secretary of State’s office upon discovery of the missing ballots shortly after the election.
