Otsego, M.N. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) met with Patti Gartland to congratulate her on her retirement after ten years as President of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation.


“I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Patti for many years, and she has always been a steadfast advocate for the St. Cloud community,” Emmer said.

“While we will miss Patti’s diligent work on behalf of the St. Cloud region, we wish her all the best in her retirement,” Emmer concluded.

Congressman Emmer presented Patti Gartland with a Congressional Record statement in recognition of her service to the St. Cloud region.

Patti Gartland has served as the President of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC) since June 1, 2013. Before joining GSDC, Patti served as the City Administrator for Sartell for nearly 12 years. Prior to that, Patti worked for the City of St. Cloud for 15 years, the last 13 of which she served as the city’s Planning Director. Since 2014, Patti has been a member of the Metropolitan Airports Commission, serving as its Vice Chair.
