Washington, D.C. – Today, Representatives Tom Emmer, Michelle Fischbach, Pete Stauber, and Brad Finstad sent President Donald Trump their recommendations for the role of U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota and the role of U.S. Marshal for the District of Minnesota. 

The three recommended individuals for U.S. Attorney are Ronald Schutz, Daniel Rosen, and Erica MacDonald. The two recommended individuals for U.S. Marshal are James Stuart and Robert Kroll.

Washington, D.C. – Recently, Congressman Emmer took Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty to task over her comments on the bipartisan Laken Riley Act. This commonsense safety initiative passed the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate earlier this month, and is expected to be one of the first pieces of legislation that President Trump signs into law.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Tom Emmer celebrated the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025. Included in the legislation was Congressman Emmer’s Ammunition Supply Chain Act, which aims to identify and address vulnerabilities in America’s ammunition supply chain to ensure the United States military has an uninterrupted and abundant supply of ammunition.

The application was developed by Suditya Singh of Blaine and Muskan Singh of Eden Prairie and uses videos and quizzes to help children with autism develop social and emotional skills.
