Emmer Statement on Dobbs v. Jackson Decision

Washington, D.C.– Today, in response to the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson decision, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) released the following statement:  

Every life is precious, and the decision to defend it should remain with the states. We applaud today’s 6-3 ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson to finally return this power to the American people.
