Project Summary:

The Interstate 94 and Trunk Highway 24 Improvements Project is a multi-agency project focused on improving safety and efficiency around the intersection of TH 24 and I-94. TH 24, from the recently constructed bridge over the Mississippi River to CR 7 in Clearwater Township, and the current interchange at the intersection with I-94 are past their useful lives and in need of repair. The proposed project will reconstruct TH 24, adding roundabouts at CR 7 and CR 75, a diverging diamond intersection at I-94, right-in/right-out turns at secondary intersections and a 10-foot multi-use path along the corridor.
