Many essential components have exceeded their recommended service life and are in need of essential improvements. As equipment continues to deteriorate, the risk of failures increases and threatens the city’s long standing record of effective wastewater treatment. These improvements are needed to ensure the facility continues to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
