The extension of County State Aid Highway 29 around Sauk Rapids to Minnesota Trunk Highway 23.
Background Information:
The funding would be used to reconstruct an existing roadway to meet current roadway standards and accommodate the projected traffic volumes. The project is an appropriate use of taxpayer funds because it will accommodate growth and economic development opportunities for the St. Cloud Metropolitan Area and contribute to a more complete arterial network in the western part of Benton County.
