Minnesota Republican Congressional Delegation Sends President Trump Recommendations for Appointment of Minnesota's Next Federal Judge

WASHINGTON – Today, Representatives Tom Emmer (MN-06), Pete Stauber (MN-08), Michelle Fischbach (MN-07), and Brad Finstad (MN-01) sent President Donald Trump their recommendations for the role of United States District Court judge for the District of Minnesota.

The two recommended individuals are Jamie Anderson and David Asp.

“After a thorough process, we are confident that David and Jamie would share our judicial philosophy, uphold the rule of law, and honorably serve their fellow Americans. We thank the members of our Nominations Committee for their hard work over the past several months and we look forward to President Trump’s nomination and the appointment of our next federal judge,” said Emmer, Stauber, Fischbach, and Finstad.
